Cutting-edge, Comprehensive, Collaborative, Compassionate Psychological Care for Individuals, Couples and Families
Adult therapy
Also known as psychotherapy, talk therapy, or counseling—is a collaborative process between therapist and patient that aims to facilitate change and improve the quality of life.
Child & Adolescent therapy
A specialized form of therapy that uses techniques such as talking, modeling, play, and art, to help young people understand and manage their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, in a way that's tailored to their developmental stage. Therapists work collaboratively with the patient and their family when determining the best treatment plan.
Family Therapy
Healthy family relationships are essential to individual wellness and health. Family Therapy engages multiple family members simultaneously to nurture change and positive interactions.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps two individuals learn to work together as a unit and strengthen specific areas within the relationship, while gaining improved understanding of interpersonal dynamics and individual problems that make it difficult for the couple to function effectively.
Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessment and testing involve a combination of techniques to better understand cognitive, academic, and/or emotional functioning for a given individual.
Group Therapy
Group psychotherapy is built upon the idea that individuals learn best from sharing experiences, ideas and concerns in a group setting, and from finding ways to effectively seek and provide support to one another.
