Telehealth

Exceptional mental health care delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, from the comfort and privacy of your home. Our virtual mental health services are available to all residents of Illinois!

Internet access and a laptop, desktop computer, tablet or cell phone with a working camera is required to access telehealth services. We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer to access our telehealth services: the larger the screen, the more optimal the experience! No installation of applications or other software is required.

Please note that telehealth services need to be accessed in a safe, quiet, and private location. We are not able to see you while you are walking, driving or operating other machinery.

All telehealth visits are covered by insurance. Typical co-pay and co-insurance rates do apply.

Please inform our intake coordinator if you prefer to be seen virtually when setting up your first visit. You can switch between in-person and virtual care for therapy anytime after your first visit, simply inform your therapist of your needs. When switching from telehealth to in-person care, please be aware that each of our therapists is available for in-person visits at select locations only.
