Primary Care Psychology

The first point of contact for your behavioral healthcare needs. We provide general psychological care and wellness services for a wide variety of emotional and health concerns. Utilize our services the same way you do with your primary care physician (PCP): call us when you need us, initiate treatment within days of first contact, and get results fast. Maintain a long-term relationship with your therapist. Schedule yearly check-ins and enjoy easy access to someone who knows your history and concerns, whenever you need them again.

Through our network of trusted community partners, we offer expedited referrals to all of our patients in need of primary and specialty medical care, nutrition and wellness support, and psychiatry/medication management. We maintain collaboration with your other providers for the duration of your treatment.

How Does It Work? 

Expert assistance is just a few steps away.

Connect with our Intake Team

Complete a short survey online and receive a call from one of our Intake coordinators within 48 hours. Your first visit is typically scheduled within 2 weeks of your call with our intake team for therapy, and within 5 weeks for testing.

2.

Meet with your therapist for the First time

Connect with a doctoral-level therapist to ask questions, share history, formulate a treatment plan, and make sure you feel comfortable about moving forward together. If it does not feel right, circle back with us.

3.

Engage in Psychotherapy

Individualized care tailored to meet your needs. Virtual or in person. Weekly or bi-weekly. Typically duration is 8-16 visits, but can be longer or shorter. Visit duration is 30 to 55 minutes. Easy referral to other specialists in the community.

4.

Primary Care Psychology

After achieving your treatment goals, remain in contact with your therapist via yearly wellness visits. Re-activate weekly services as needed.
